General Inquiries — You can expect a response within 2–5 business days.
Urgent Inquiries — If you need help locating available resources, we will respond within 1–3 business days, depending on the urgency of your situation. We strive to connect everyone with support; however, resources can sometimes be limited. While we may not always be able to find assistance for every specific situation, we will always do our best to help.
Our Role — We connect individuals with available resources. We do not directly provide food, shelter, counseling, legal advice, medical advice, or wheelchair ramps. However, we are actively building relationships with community members, businesses, and organizations that may be able to help meet these needs.
