We want to give CrossRoads Discount Store 2 a shout-out for their commitment to making their store more accessible for people who use wheelchairs and other mobility devices.

They’ve replaced tall shelving with shorter shelves that are easier to reach and access. The new shelves sit closer to the walls, opening up each room and creating more space to move around and navigate safely. Previously, narrow aisles and oversized boxes extending into the walkways limited mobility. While a few taller shelves remain, the owners are always happy to assist. Now, every room offers a clearer, safer, and more inclusive shopping experience.

Accessibility is about more than physical space—it’s about ensuring every customer feels welcomed, respected, and able to shop independently. Crossroads’ thoughtful improvements show how small changes can make a meaningful difference for neighbors with mobility needs, parents with strollers, and anyone who benefits from easier navigation.

Thank you, Crossroads, for your dedication to creating an environment where everyone can shop comfortably and confidently.

Y’all go see them, they just reopened on October 3rd, 2026, after a full store restock.
